1. What is being sold

All items are laboratory research materials. They are not a drug, not a device, not a cosmetic, and not a dietary supplement. They are not for human or animal use, consumption, injection, or application. No dosing, reconstitution, stacking, or outcome claims are made.

2. Who may buy

Buyer must be 21 or older and able to contract. By placing an order the buyer represents that the materials will be used only for lawful laboratory research.

3. Price and reservation

Prices are per 10-vial case in U.S. dollars. The card price is the case price. Checkout requires 3 cases on the ticket (any mix) or $250 in merchandise, whichever is reached first. Ten cases of the same compound receive an additional 5% off that case price. First orders receive 5% off merchandise. Inventory is not reserved until payment is received in full. Seller may cancel any unpaid order.

4. Shipping

Orders ship from the United States to U.S. street addresses only. No PO boxes. Adult signature is required on merchandise of $500 or more and on 3–5 business day express. Under $500 on 7–10 day service, signature is optional if requested in the order. 7–10 business day service is free on merchandise of $750 or more. 3–5 business day service is $75. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Payment

Accepted methods: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and wire transfer. Directions are emailed after the order is confirmed. Do not send funds until that email arrives. Title passes when funds clear.

6. Tax

Sales tax is not collected at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any tax due in the destination state.

7. Returns and damage

Opened cases are not returnable. Transit damage must be reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Unopened cases may be refused only if the seal and pack-out are intact and the claim is made within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to the original method, less outbound freight unless the error was seller’s.

8. Limitation

Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected cases. Seller is not liable for incidental or consequential loss, including research delay.

9. Privacy

10. Changes

These terms apply to the order you place. Later changes do not alter a confirmed order.
