What we collect

Account: full name, date of birth, phone, email, and a password you choose. Order: ship-to name, phone, street address, city, state, ZIP, shipping speed, payment method selected, and the cases on the ticket.

Why

To confirm you are 21 or older, fill the order, email payment directions, ship with adult signature, and keep a record of the sale. We do not sell this list.

Where it lives

Account and order records are stored on systems we control (Cloudflare). Email and freight vendors see only what they need to deliver a message or a package.

Who else sees it

The carrier sees the ship-to name, phone, and address. The payment rail you choose sees whatever that rail requires when you send funds. We do not receive your Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or bank login.

How long

Order and identity records are kept as long as needed to complete the sale, handle a damage claim, and meet tax or legal holds. You may ask us to close an account that has no open order.
